It was going to take place before this game kicked off but was delayed after the crowd trouble at West Brom. But either way what a stupid time to do the draw anyway.

Monday dinner time is the correct time for the FA Cup draw, always will be.

I assumed the draw would be Monday evening as seems to be the norm these days.
