full mode / mobile mode question

I recently deleted all the cookies off my phone, and since then I can't seem to get this site to go back to full mode on my phone, it's stuck in mobile mode - any ideas how I can change that?

Manage desktop mode settings
On your Android device, open Chrome .
On the right of the address bar, tap More. Settings.
Under “Advanced,” select Site settings. Desktop site.
Turn on Desktop site.
