No idea what sort of coach she is - but (from watching bits of matches and listening to podcasts like EJFOF) it felt like Gemma Grainger had started to get quite negative. She jumped ship three and a half years before the end of her extended contract (the same end date that Rhian Wilkinson has got) which was a surprise. I get that Norway is a step up from Wales in women's football - but it also felt as if something had gone wrong and she needed a fresh start.
