He had a lot of pace when he played number 9

That was the season we signed Fowler, Hasselbaink and Sinclair. We ended up with Parry up front and, if memory serves, he got injured before the cup final and we were all sweating on whether he'd make it.

Yeah, he seemed to do the running for JFH.

I remember he used to take corners, and would deliver a very hard straight / driven ball , almost like a shot across the area. Not sure how useful they were, but don't see much of it much these days.

That was the one

Ledley scored our third down our end which was rammed

Then we did our traditional surrender as they grabbed 2 goals to draw the game

I liked Paul Parry, a decent player who. scored plenty of goals for us. But, I saw him as a confidence player who sometimes lacked a bit of self belief. When he was on his game he was excellent.
