Accounts overdue

Just seen that our annual accounts are showing as overdue on Companies House. Should have been filed by 29th February.
Clubs usually get an embargo when this happens, albeit only until they're submitted (eg Burnley last season). Still probably not a great idea to get the EFL on our case again though.

The delay may have something to do with the ‘audit’ by the EFL in December before they’d let us sign players in the January window. Under the ‘new’ UEFA Financial and Sustainability regulations implemented in 2023
