She probably sees his arm raised as he starts to slide but it looks like when contact is made his arms is down in line with his body. If it even hits the arm at all, can't really see from that clip.
It's very harsh from that distance.
Other than run around with arms behind his back he can't do much else.Comment

I don't think it should be a penalty, but it is under the way the law is interpreted these days. For me, it's more of a penalty than the one given against Bournemouth as VAR turned in a man of the match performance for Manchester United last night.Comment
