I expected a comfortable mid-table finish.

Given the way in which football is structured these days and the multiple ways in which transfer deals are conducted, I’m surprised someone with your great knowledge and expertise is quoting alleged transfer fees as any sort of a guideline. But hey, whatever works for you…
