I thought it was illegal to broadcast 3pm kick offs. How are TNT Sports getting away with it, showing the Arsenal game at 3pm tomorrow?

3pm is program start time

All games KO at 4pm

And it’s a Sunday. The ban for live broadcast is between 3pm and 5pm on a Saturday I believe.
