  • Mowbray leaves Birmingham

Birmingham City boss Tony Mowbray, on sick leave since February, leaves the club to focus on his recovery from surgery.

If he's over his health issues I'd be delighted to see him take over from Bulut.

Hes resigned to focus on his health, he wont be coming here.

Wishing him a speedy recovery. Always liked him as a man and the way the way his teams play.

His first wife died at the age of just twenty six as well.

Agree entirely with you, he’s always come over as a straight, honest and decent bloke and, for a no holds barred centreback in his playing days, his teams have nearly always (wasn’t a fan of his Blackburn during his latter days there) played attacking and entertaining football.

Could also fill in on the Castle Wall if required.

He's not afraid to play youngsters and improve them too. Once he's over his health problems I'd be happy for him to manage us
