Some roads will revert back but I doubt if it will be that many. Maybe A Roads that don't pass schools, hospitals and old people's home.

Council's should have a facility on their website by now where residents can state which roads should revert.

And I think the crux of it will be that local people will be up in arms about 20mph limits, but when it comes to roads in their village, most would probably object to limits going back to 30mph.
