I know this has been discussed on numerous occasions and I promised myself to download an Adblocker for my Android phone but never got around to it. I've now had enough of car ads and mens fashion ads popping up all the time, so I'd appreciate some advice on the best free adblocker to download from Play Store. Cheers.

Re: Free Adblocker for Android Phones
Go to your phone settings, then go to network and internet. You should have an option called private DNS. Open that and set the custom address to: dns.adguard.com
That should solve most issues and you don't need to download any app

Re: Free Adblocker for Android Phones
Took me a while to find the Private DNS setting but I then changed the name of the host to dns.adguard .com and it works ! Thank you ever so much and for everyone else who took the time and effort to reply.Originally posted by welshyoot View PostGo to your phone settings, then go to network and internet. I use Brave browser because it also stops trackers trying to find out who you are and what you are doing by following you all over the internet.

Well it certainly works on this and the other site. Perhaps welshyoot or Wales-Bales could answer this one.Originally posted by NTB View PostThis is a game changer. I can look forward to becoming a regular again on the board. Does that dns.adguard-dns.com work for all websites?
