If Moores purchase hinges on required funds would one sell Colwill to fund the transfer ??

    Re: Colwill For Moore

Take the gamble on Colwill coming good. Moore would have a good season or two for us but is at the end of his career. We may be lucky enough to get a lot more years from Colwill.

I would say no. I believe that this will be a big season for Ruben as I, hope to, see him adding goals to his game. He will then be worth a lot more, come the end of the season.

        Moore is 32 in August.

Why do City fans get so hung up on ex players, ex loanees etc that always seem to be the answer when we need a position filled blah blah.

He doesn't want to come to Cardiff, he came to use us as a stepping stone thy the PL and it worked.

We need to stop signing old players, so for me it's a no.

FWIW I can understand the reasoning.

that would be exceedingly short sighted

I would have thought that this would be better suited on another site

                Agreed.

Also, when a move to Bournemouth looked likely for Moore when he was with us, he stopped putting a shift in for us, which I can't forgive.

I would like Moore back on loan, he still has it at this level. Losing Colwill shouldn’t be in the conversation though.

Seems likely we will have to sell someone we wouldn't want to before being able to strengthen the squad sufficiently.

                      Colwill probably tops the list.

I don't see us going for Moore or him being interested.

Absolutely not. I'd rather play Colwill as a no. 9.
