I would say no. I believe that this will be a big season for Ruben as I, hope to, see him adding goals to his game. Moore is 32 in August.
Why do City fans get so hung up on ex players, ex loanees etc that always seem to be the answer when we need a position filled blah blah.
He doesn't want to come to Cardiff, he came to use us as a stepping stone thy the PL and it worked.
We need to stop signing old players, so for me it's a no.
FWIW I can understand the reasoning.

Also, when a move to Bournemouth looked likely for Moore when he was with us, he stopped putting a shift in for us, which I can't forgive.
