my oldest was only asking to watch it again after the England game, I had it downloaded, but cant find it now

In fairness it was the greatest football day of my life. Drove over what I thought were early doors in the morning on the Chunnel. Backlogs beginning to appear even 5 in the morning and they got a lot worse I understand after that. Parked early close to the ground. Didn't have a ticket but thought I would give it a go.

If you were Belgian some of them could roll out of their bed the wrong way and end up in France so Lille was Red Devil Central. Went to the ground early doors and there were tickets going above odds. Mostly from English lads who thought that they would top the group. In the end bought aticket from some German lads who were mini-spivving in that they were going to matches but subsidising themselves on the way.

Ended up with a ticket above the Belgian end with 95% their fans. Really nice people but I remeber when Vokes scores I went into some mental trance, leaping on a seat and screaming with my arms wide open for what seemed like for ever. When I looked around there were no Belgians.

Drove back to Calais in an adrenaline daze. Only when I pulled into the slots for the shuttle did I think that everyone else would be booking flights to Lyon and I am driving through Kent.

What a night though!
