Assuming those 250 people are on an average salary of say £30k a year, with the annual savings of about £7.5m, they'll be able to buy about 10% of a decent player.

Sad times for the staff but it will be run as a business they will review every aspect, and player savings will also be applied in the coming years. Let's see how quickly they can put it on the right path, they are already saying it will take three years, but it will probably take ten.

I used to like watching them, but after Ferguson left their player acquisition policy disintegrated, and the team turned into a collection of individuals on exorbitant wages.
