Here's who seems to have been involved for us so far - in roughly their main positions for us - alhough quite a few of them can play in several places.

Names followed by Age and how many years remaining on contracts.

According to this Ashford has 3 years, Conte 1 and J Colwill 4. Pretty sure MFW and Tom Davies are contracted til next summer.

35 names up there. Was it worth keeping Evans on? Kpakio and Dennis will probably play for the U21s in the main. Probably looking at Ashford and J Colwill going on loan and maybe King again if we sign another midfielder. Rinohmota and Etete to leave?

I think we need three for every position. Starter, bench, injury cover with more for centre back and centre holding midfield

Sounds fair. It's difficult to work out the plan for some of them. Is King, for instance, seen as a first team prospect or a fringe player that might bring in a few quid? Can't he be our number 8, or at least given that chance?

If there are 2-3 more signings to come (per Bulut post Reading) there need to be a lot of departures - permanent or loan.

I assume Wintle is close to leaving (Stoke) and he will be followed by Rinamhota (Birmingham?) and Romeo (who knows).

There are a clutch of younger u21 players who need good loans - who haven't been out yet. Joel Colwill, Raheem Conte, Luey Giles, Jake Dennis, Dylan Lawlor, Ronan Kpakio are the ones closest to the first team who haven't had time away.

But what happens with Tom Davies, Malachi Fagan-Walcott, Eli King, Kieron Evans etc who have all had loans? I can see Davies and Fagan-Walcott going out again to January and Evans leaving for a small fee (after getting his new contract).

My reading is that Eli King is not a No8, but more of a DM/No6. I think he is cover for Siopis if he stays with the squad, as I hope he does. If he isn't going to break into the squad/team now he should move on for his own benefit.

Wales online reporting that built wants another centre back, saying we only have 3 - so not sure what that means for Tsunoda or Fagan-Walcott

if we can't even make room for a decent youth player as the 4th choice centre back then what's the point of having an u21 sode

I think Bagan is 4th choice CB at the moment.
