CCFC and a lot of other clubs could offer free entry to the Southampton game and other such fixtures in the early rounds of the cup competitions and the crowds would still be poor

To the best of my knowledge, it’s not been Wayne Nash outon the pitch going through the motions in so many of our Cup games since 2012 and it’s not been Wayne Nash picking sides that can, at best, be described as experimental in Cup ties for the past dozen years.

My initial reaction to this post was "Exactly". If the club don't care, why would the fans.

But the Matt O'Riley episode reminded that they put the reserves out for a reason - 8 minutes, £25m and who knows when his next match is.

Well there are countless , numerous times over the years when I have attended meaningless ccfc games both home and away

Whilst in your case if a bus wasn't running you would have to rely on someone giving you a lift as you are so hopeless and inept you can't drive

I’m lucky enough to have been to stadiums and venues all over the World….never ONCE have I been asked to open my jacket!

Well whilst I don't go to as much football and as many gigs as I used to when I do go I don't have to rely on girlfriends or in your case , mates , to ferry me around everywhere
