From memory, I think he held his first job for almost two seasons, but hasn’t stayed anywhere else more than around 18 months.

Who is the excuse for a journalist, going on about "bad luck"? He just want's to be Erol's mate. At least the others have started to ask a few more relevant questions, but Bulut gets such an easy ride. If he thinks that "we just need to finalise shances" is the root of our problems, we are truly fecked.
