  • Training ground incident

It’s being reported that a training session was delayed for nearly 2 hours today after a player reported finding an unknown white powdery substance on the pitch.

Training was suspended while an investigation was launched. After a complete analysis, experts determined that the white substance unknown to the players was the Goal Line.

Training resumed after it was decided the team was unlikely to encounter the substance again this season.

I wonder if Colwill, Robinson and Tanner are only allowed to participate in training for the last 30 minutes?

I’m willing to believe this. Any flare player likely to create chances, clean the changing room until 70 minutes thank you.

I don't think there is any concerns of amphetamines being present at CCS. Speed is never apparent during the games.

I wonder which recreational drugs would have the most positive effect on a teams performance.

like if you took a number of evenly matched teams and gave one alcohol, one marijuana, cocaine etc which team would win?

or perhaps this experiment is already underway and we have drawn ketamine

It is reported that the Sunderland team have all been found to be Calpol-positive...
No danger of that at ours though...

I think this would be a training ground schedule:

                              9.00am - Warm ups
9.30am - Defence vs defence (no ball required)
12.00am - Making sure 11 men are behind the ball
                              1.00pm - Lunch
2.00pm - Shadow marking and defensive statues in our own penalty area
3.00pm - Passing back to the goalkeeper
3.01pm - Passing in triangles (goalkeeper to practice picking ball out of the net)
3.07pm - Forward runs and movement to create space
                              3.08pm - Shooting at goal
                              3.09pm - Attacking set pieces
5.00pm - Finish, player free time on the training pitch where flair players are encouraged to brush up on running back to help defence and tackling
