If you paid by credit card do they transfer refund directly into your bank account, or back onto your card?

Bit confused by the refund portal.

Whatever card you paid with credit/debit they pay directly back into your account within 28 days
The debit card refund comes quicker than the credit card refund

May as well wait until the 19th when Italy announce if and how how many can attend.
You got until 21st to do the refund.

If it’s reduced capacity and they need to cancel tickets in May to meet the new allocation then it looks like it will be on the FAW points system which determined when you could purchase in the first place.
