Re: Aaron Ramsey - UEFA A licence
Are you interested in taking your coaching licences? There are more than 200,000 UEFA-qualified coaches active across Europe, from grassroots community heroes to the household names at the top of the game. Here, we detail the different UEFA qualifications and explain how you can take your next steps on the coaching ladder...
To get the A diploma you need to have "completed at least one year’s experience, after graduating with the UEFA B licence, as a coach in 11-a-side football", so maybe he's already been doing some work at Cardiff.

Not 100% on this but I'm sure that the pro licence is only needed for the Premier League? The 'A' licence allows Ramsey to manage in the professional game, just not 'top tier'.Originally posted by jon1959 View PostIs the UEFA A Licence the minimum qualification needed to manage in the EFL?
All that could be bollocks though Jon so I'll happily be corrected.
Interestingly, I'm assuming Bulut has the pro licence as he's previously managed 'top tier' football in Turkey? It's working well for him.

Yep. Rambo seems a bit too reserved to be a head coach.Originally posted by A Quiet Monkfish View PostReally ? Somehow I just never envisaged Ramsey in a coaching/managerial role. Bellamy, yes.
He does seem intelligent though, which is probably a more valuable trait than having a big personality.

Maybe the days of the ranter & raver manager have passed. He’s obviously got resolve & determination, albeit with reserve, to achieve what he has, especially after that horrendous injury.Originally posted by Divine Wright View PostYep. Rambo seems a bit too reserved to be a head coach.

Absolutely. Bellamy is definitely not a ranter and raver. Hilarious to read some of the tweets trying to be positive about bellamy as manager and thinking hes in the changing room swinging golf clubs to motivate. Such nonsense.Originally posted by splott parker View PostMaybe the days of the ranter & raver manager have passed. When i hear ramsey now he sounds like a manager in waiting. He will be great.
