Okay, it's not good news that Ramsey has picked up an injury so early on (much like last season), but is this a chance to play Colwill in that role? Or will Bulut bring back Ralls?

Re: Ramsey injury
Bulut would go for a preferred midfield of Siopis, Ramsey, and Ralls.Originally posted by tforturton View PostOkay, it's not good news that Ramsey has picked up an injury so early on (much like last season), but is this a chance to play Colwill in that role? Or will Bulut bring back Ralls?
Robertson and Colwill would want to get forward too much, when everyone's duty (Bulut-ball) should be to defend first and foremost.

Re: Ramsey injury
It has been since November last season.Originally posted by Kitman View PostWhich is ironic because our defensive is shit at the moment
After a 0-0 draw against Stoke on 4th November 2024, we had the joint 4th best defensive record in the Championship. After that game we had the second worst, conceding 54 goals in 31 games. We've conceded 73 goals in our last 38 games in all competitions, that's our worst record over 38 games outside of games in the Premier League since the 80s.
It's not as if we've suddenly become crap defensively. It's been apparent for 10 months now.

Re: Ramsey injury
I know about Hamstrings, one of mine recoiled. It was meant more in jest. If it had been page in charge people would be talking about how he should have been protecting Ramsey, what was the point in putting him on for 15 minutes etc against Montenegro. That's not what i think, but it woul;d have been mentioned if it had been page, because people didn't like him. Same when Bellamy said that Colwill has a lot to learn or words to that affect, not a dicky bird on here. I'm not being Critical of Bellamy, i quite like him, i'm just sort of saying that football fans are selective with their criticism.Originally posted by B. Oddie View PostBlame for what?
Hamstring injuries are the (bad) luck of the draw. You can warm up as much as you want.

If Bellamy was City’s manager (please one day) he’d get the best out of Colwill and allow him to fulfill his true potentialOriginally posted by Tuerto View PostI know about Hamstrings, one of mine recoiled. The imposter in charge atm isn’t fit to lace Bellamys boots as a coach
Bulut is the Turkish Steve Morison
