Sacked after a 1-0 away defeat at a newly promoted side…

Stoke also still in League Cup, playing Fleetwood tomorrow. They beat Middlesbrough in the last round 5-0

Surely it started after one game with Ryan Lowe at Preston?

Plymouth may be hoping to get the band back together with Lowe and Schumacher if Rooney doesn't work out.

Rooney gets it in the neck from everyone, but can you imagine us beating a top of the table club 3-2? A year tomorrow we beat Coventry 3-2 - apart from that freakish 4-0 win at Huddersfield and the Cup game where we played the kids against Southampton, we’ve not scored three or more in a game since then.

Stoke are a bonkers club, they’re, arguably, worse run than us.

Yet you would expect them to be tightly run, as the Coates family own everything, club, stadium, sponsorship & have approx. 5x the wealth of VT, possibly the highest value British owned club (I’m sure someone will correct me). My point is they’re not disparate like City.
