Are they your new hate object? tired of English teams like Bristol are you?
pathetic
Why is it pathetic to not want a rival succeed? For the record I am glad Wrexham didn't win, but also I am glad Birmingham didn't win so it's double pathetic in my case

The only exciting stuff Wrexham did last night was when Mullen came on and they started throwing handbags around. Birmingham gave them a lesson in football last night. Wrexham were awful. Manager/players didn't know what to do. They were worse in the second half.
They were also rattled as that's the first time they've been given a lesson like that in ages and the players couldn't handle it.

Yes, I agree 100%. Brum made Wrexham look very poor. Good see McLean getting stuck in though. We could do with someone with his 'dog' right now. I wonder if they'll replace Parkinson if they don't go up ?

I was going to write that the result and performance wasn't in the script but given the owners of the club, it could well have been. Adds a bit of drama to the docuseries. Tension. A villain. Rivalry. Replacing Parkinson would just be the cliffhanger at the end of the season. I just thought they had a reality check last night.

You can’t really call it a reality check when they’re still top of the league.
Losing to Birmingham was just a blip.
Still unsure about Wrexham, I tend to want them to lose and I think it’s jealousy

I get that but I think it was in terms of they had their arses handed to them. They were like rabbits in the headlights. I was chatting to a mate about this earlier and agreed with his view that it's good for them and they can learn from this. They're going to plateau at some point.
I'm really clear about my jealousy though. I'm dead jealous. It's quite a ride for them. It's everything we're not since relegation. I was surprised I was really pleased with them being outplayed last night. Maybe it's my subconscious getting myself ready for maybe playing them next season!
Isn’t one of the main things about football jealousy? We all wanted Swansea to eventually crash & burn during their Premier League years, jealousy was the root of it.
Man U and Liverpool fans are praying Man City get punished, they’re jealous as f*ck that they’ve had their chips pissed on.
It’s not a bad thing for a football fan to feel, it’s perfectly normal I think.
At this moment I’m envious of 23 other Championship clubs.
