They got rid of a coach and replaced him with Riza because of concerns about coaching. It obviously hasn’t improved. This is definitely true.Originally posted by Des Parrot View PostIt was on Twitter the other day, posted by Talk Sport. Make your own mind up about their credibility & history. Re: Senior City players unimpressed with Bulut's training regime...
From a player's perspective it must be incredibly frustration to playing in a side that is constantly being criticised by supporters and the media alike, compounded by the slow dawning realization that they're not going to create any goalscoring opportunities let along score and beat another team, yet at the same time knowing that they probably could improve results to some degree if only the manager would allow them to play a more positive game. As I said, if they don't sack him, the players will..Originally posted by North Cardiff Blue View PostThe performances look like they are not playing for him, we are not even showing any fight or scoring from dead-ball situations now, whats happened to NG, he seems less than 50% of last season's NG.

So the players are not trying because they don't like the managerial regime - and some fans are supporting this?
Am I missing something? Highly paid professionals representing a Championship club and they don't like being criticized when they have earned one point from a possible fifteen?
The players and the manager should be sweating blood every match for the club and the supporters.

I don’t think it’s a case of them not trying. However, if players have lost faith in a manager and his methods, they are naturally not going to be as motivated as they would be if they did believe in him. That would be the case in any job, and in football it can obviously reflect in performances.Originally posted by The Prophet of Doom View PostSo the players are not trying because they don't like the managerial regime - and some fans are supporting this?.

Agreed we've all had Managers that we don't rate, you go through the motions thinking this guy is an idiot he doesn't know what he is doing. Then he gets the push the new bloke comes in and proves to you that he knows what he is talking about, and you follow agreeing with his instructions, you grow in confidence and the business improves, sales jobs can be relatable to football in that respect.Originally posted by The Lone Gunman View PostI don’t think it’s a case of them not trying. Plus it helps if your Manager's boss, knows what he is doing, if they keep making idiotic choices you start to lose confidence and wonder why you are there and if you'd be better off at another firm.
Well-run clubs have happier and more successful players and Management, look at Wrexham, so far they are on the up.
Positivity or Negativity can flow right through the club, from the Directors/Owners through to the cleaners.

Agree, but it only takes one to start breading that positivity. Maybe we, the fans, could be that catalyst?Originally posted by North Cardiff Blue View PostAgreed we've all had Managers that we don't rate, you go through the motions thinking this guy is an idiot he doesn't know what he is doing. I agree that it would be the same in any job but this isn't just a job. It's sport = entertainment = being watched by +20K fans of the club + being paid well (relative to more important jobs in society). So. They don't get a f*cking free pass as far as I'm concerned. Show some f*cking pride, balls, initiative, professionalism.Originally posted by The Lone Gunman View PostI don’t think it’s a case of them not trying. If 20K fans wanted to come and watch me play the f*cking triangle a few times a month I guarantee I'd be the best f*cking triangle player in the world.
The problem with football is loyalty. Misguided loyalty too because no matter what the clubs say I don't think they give a sh*t about fans. I don't even believe this current crop of players give a shit (I'm sure there are some exceptions but you know what I mean).
....also....where's the f*cking captain in all this. #cityasonemyarse

Re: Senior City players unimpressed with Bulut's training regime...
It doesn’t take one. It takes all of them. Negativity spreads a lot quicker than positivity. Bulut is a clown, and the decision makers at the club need to see that and get rid of him before it’s too late. That’s the positive approach, do somethingOriginally posted by Eddie Johnson View PostAgree, but it only takes one to start breading that positivity. Maybe we, the fans, could be that catalyst?
