How does this guy still have a job at the club? He's a first-team coach and has somehow survived the sackings of Morison, Hudson, and Bulut. Have we ever looked like a well-coached team in that time?

Every single person who makes a decision about coaching, recruitment, physiotherapy, medical etc should go. They're all tainted.

It’s a topic I’ve been meaning to raise here for a few years…

Since, let’s just say 2010, has any player improved even a single aspect of their game during their time at Cardiff after moving from another club?

I’d say Martyn Margetson helped our goalkeepers improve during his time with us as GK coach, but I’m struggling to think of anybody improving their all round game whilst at Cardiff over the past 15 years.

It should be a genuine source of embarrassment for all the coaches that have worked at Cardiff for over the past decade.

Almost the entire promotion team of 17/18.

Since then, Moore. Ng has improved, none of this current mob though and nobody has improved under Bulut

Joking aside. This is a fair point. Our uselessness is nothing to do with Tom Ramasut
