Similarities between our's and ManU's situation, both extended the Managers contract in the Summer, and both sets of players have lost all confidence and belief in the Managers decisions.

Listening to people talk about the players trying but have no belief in what they are being asked to do was very similar this weekend. Both need new Managers urgently as they are both completely failing, they need a strong confident Manager to make things simple and reorganise and basically start again. Both are inderperformaing and can do a lot better.
