I've never rated him but I will hold my hands up and say he was excellent today. Definitely the unsung hero. He just allows Robertson and Colwill to do their thing.

I don’t think he should have been taken off, I realise we’ve got a game Tuesday but 90 minutes would have done him some good

That's the role I think he should get given permanently

If Colwill and Robertson and Tanner are running around it's up to him or rally or siopis to drop back and clean up

It may not what be what he's been used to but he can easily slot in

Lots of people seem to be missing the point here that Plymouth were really poor and only had 10 men for much of the game.

Colwill and Robertson were the stand out performers today. Would that have been the case with any other of our midfield players playing or was it down to Turnbull?

I had a look at the player stats and it confirmed what I suspected.

The revisionism on here after a good win is remarkable.

I want to see a LOT more from him before saying that he is contributing.

You seem to have missed the point that we were 2-0 up and Turnbull was playing well before they went down to 10

They all played well .
Turnbulls passing was very slick. As was almost everyone on the pitch.
Generally, when a team plays well , they make the opposition look poor, that how it works in football.
What were you looking for today that was lacking?
You can only beat the team that is in front of you .

A lot of sense there. Some are so prone to take the credit away from City when they actually play well. As they say the opposition was poor. Ciity made Plymouth look poor.
