Turnbulls passing was very slick. As was almost everyone on the pitch.
Generally, when a team plays well , they make the opposition look poor, that how it works in football.
What were you looking for today that was lacking?
You can only beat the team that is in front of you .
Plymouth have already beaten Luton, Blackburn and Sunderland this season. After the sending off you'd expect them to try and keep things tight, but they just couldn't live with us. Early days but my God, what an awful manager Bulut was - today these players showed what they can do..

It genuinely is one of life’s mysteries that Bulut was so popular with so many supporters - I suppose beating the jacks gave him a lot of credit in the bank.

Thought Turnbull was very good, but him, Robertson and Colwill looks a bit risky to me - maybe that’s the way we’ve been conditioned by “the Cardiff way” 2014- 24?

To think that Robinson, Robertson, and Colwill weren't considered in Bulut's starting 11. It really does beggar belief..

A good performance but he won’t have an easier game than that. Want to see if he can put in performances like that against the likes of West Bron, Norwich, Luton etc before I change my mind on him.

He made it look easy, no, not easy, comfortable. Pointless comparing other teams in the division in regards to today’s opponents. Every match is different, but of a tired cliche saying the likes of ‘Ah, he does it against them but could he do it against them?’

Not so much the opposition but against 10 men for over half his time on the pitch and all the time in the world to play it about second half. A good performance, but there have been many poor ones so I’m pleased for him but hoping today is a turning point and not a one off

More risky is our back four

The centre backs do concern me, especially Chambers. It's all to easy for the opposition to get past our midfield and onto the centre backs, that chance for Obafemi being a classic example.

Goutas has been excellent since coming back in.

Chambers is shocking though. He's gone from being a disappointment to an outright liability.

For a player with his experience and career I can't get over how naive he can be and how bad his decision-making is. I know he hasn't played that much in the last few years but he would have still been training day in day out with genuinely world class players at Arsenal and Villa.

I get that its a difficult one for an inexperienced interim manager to drop a player of his relative standing, so I'd be surprised if Riza had the balls to do that. I know it's not a particularly nice thing to say but it would be ideal if he could pick up a niggle which allows Daland to come back in.

Exactly, almost as if he wanted to get paid off right?

I think Chambers has improved massively in the last 3 games. His passing out from the back also helps our more passing style.

Not strictly true. Bulut was in charge for 6 league games this season. Colwill and Robertson started two each, Robinson started one.

The plus about Chambers is ive barely noticed him last 2 games which has to be a positive. The Millwall game he almost blew the game for us.

Dalaand we've seen little of but looks a far better option as does Fish.

Colwill and Robertson were the stand out performers today. Would that have been the case with any other of our midfield players playing or was it down to Turnbull?

I had a look at the player stats and it confirmed what I suspected.

The revisionism on here after a good win is remarkable.

I want to see a LOT more from him before saying that he is contributing.
Turnbull played his part yesterday. He played well. Far better performance than anything Siopis who I believe you were saying was playing well the other day. (Maybe I'm wrong and you werent) as produced for us.

We were very good yesterday I couldn't care less if Plymouth were poor. However they have 11 points and if we keep putting away the poor sides like yesterday then we will be safe this season.

Ive been really negative towards us for a while but yesterday was more than just the win. Really good entertaining , attacking football , quick passes , good movement , players looking comfortable on the ball.

                                Cheer up.
