My friend wants to bring his 9 year old to his first game on Saturday. I've logged into my account but can't seem to allocate the kids seat which is obviously cheaper. They only seem to offer seats at full adult price.

What am I doing wrong?

You have to allocate the ticket to yourself first and then it should come up with a number of different ticket prices/categories.
