Confirmed by Omer Riza in his post game interview. Nothing against Siopis, who I thought was a decent six out of ten in both games, but we really did miss Robertson against Norwich and Luton.

Re: Robertson fit for Saturday.
OK, one decision for Riza taken off him. Let's see if he sticks with El Ghazi, and to a lesser degree Chambers. El Ghazi shows absolutely no sign of getting up to match standard, and Daland is pure quality waiting in the wings..Originally posted by the other bob wilson View PostConfirmed by Omer Riza in his post game interview. Re: Robertson fit for Saturday.
6/10 is very very generous, I'd probably have given him 6/20 over the both games.Originally posted by the other bob wilson View PostConfirmed by Omer Riza in his post game interview. What does he do?

I got the feeling he'll be on the bench more than anything. Sooner he's back, the better.Originally posted by the other bob wilson View PostConfirmed by Omer Riza in his post game interview. Re: Robertson fit for Saturday.
I agree. Offers nothing and shouldn't play unless desperate. Hoping Omar sees it. For a supposed ball winning midfielder I'm not sure I can remember him winning the ball more than once or two over the last two games and he loves to stand still and let a man run off him.Originally posted by Carl Dale's Mole View PostThe Harry Arter special.

And most of the time when he's winning the ball, it's when he has to because he passed it to themOriginally posted by TheBirchgrovePub View PostI agree. Re: Robertson fit for Saturday.
His passing ability is really causing us problems it's either backwards, the wrong choice, underhit, overhit and often kills all attacking impetus. Robertson or even Rhino would be better than Siopis - both of them can run about and do the defensive work but are far more comfortable on the ball. El Ghazi looks way off it, Daland should be first choice with Gotas, and O'Dowda should be playing in the wing.

Re: Robertson fit for Saturday.
Agree with everything above. El ghazi has now had enough games. He is offering nothing, and sadly willock does not look like a capable alternative - admittedly more limited game time. Would agree with 6 for siopis on sat. But not last night. In a game of many poor city performances he was very poor. 4 for me. 2nd half, Rubin missed Ollie, turnbull missed Robertson. 2 partnerships that have been going very well.
