  • 12 corner kicks today

I can't remember one good one.
High, outswinging, and totally devoid of threat.

    They were very poor.
When Luton in midweek took one very fast and direct.

      I agree.

Robertson had in recent games improved the quality of the corners. But when we have a corner on the right hand side, get a left footer on it.

There were quite a few similar ones, but to be fair there was a lot of blocking and shirt pulling going on. Obviously the ref only sees these things before corners!

Robertson over hit at least one free kick a well as all those corners.
I think it was Turnbull that took one with his left foot in the second half. I don't think it cleared the first defender. He was going to take the next one but Robertson came and took charge.

Doesn't matter if the other team gives our players the freedom of the city if the delivery is either overhit towards the corner of the box or can't clear the first man like most of them have been this season

After the 1st two which nearly ended in Leckwith Road I was hoping they would vary it. No chance !

Riza was critical of the dead ball delivery after the game and said one or two of the players coming back from injury struggled. To be fair to Bulut, I always thought there was a possibility of us scoring when we got a corner last season, I certainly wasn’t thinking the same yesterday,
