As I say he had plenty to say before getting it so absolutely zero sympathy for him. At least hudson knew he was shit and seemed humble.

I doubt that any other club in the Championship, and probably Leagues 1 & 2 for that matter, would handle the recruitment process so badly and then appoint someone like Riza.

It is getting embarrassing now.

Never expected to win against Sheffield United today, with them being second favourites for automatic promotion, but these losses are piling up.

I wonder if the club would consider a move away from appointing managers who wouldn't be appointed by half decent non league clubs. Morison hudson and riza all fall into this category as their careers pre and post cardiff prove.

Maybe the FAB can ask?

I'm just frustrated he will be sacked the same time hudson was- start of February so the new manager can't ask for any new players. For me he needs to go right now this is just dead time and the season re starts once he has gone.

This isn't just on Riza. That team today is ****ing dire. The players he has at his disposal are so far from being Championship players it is a joke. Alnwick, Bagan, Rino, Daland and Meite are miles out of their depth. We've signed 24 players since last summer, 4 have come off. It is an utter embarrassment. If anyone should do the honourable thing and resign, it's the head of recruitment. Also, another muscle injury I see, our physios and sports scientists are stealing a living.

Yes this is exactly right.

He won’t be sacked until the NY but in effect this is all dead time that is being wasted as everyone knows that he isn’t up to it sadly.

So another season slips by in which we might avoid relegation with another new manager coming in and being tasked with a rescue job.

So just do it now.

So the same players that everyone was saying were easily capable of mid table of better when Riza won his first few games?
