Club website revamp

No longer showing the u21, u18 or women's fixtures, as far as I can see.

You can filter the 1st team fixtures by pre-season friendly, Championship, FA Cup, League Cup and Premier League though!

Less is more somehow it seems - Cardiff City's new minimalist approach :xmashehe: - the under 21s, 18s and women's teams are the only things worth supporting these days, so let's make it harder for people to find out when they're playing :facepalm:
