He could go on to better things, although he needs to get a wriggle on as he's 23 in a couple of months (youngster)

This has gone a bit quiet for now. It's an odd one. York were supposed to have bought him off us for half a million, he's had two good seasons then Hearts come in with a bid of half a million for him. In other words, Hearts were saying they don't think he's got any better since a struggling Championship side sold him to a National League one but they want him for next month's Champions League games.

The bid's been increased since then but I haven't seen the million pound figure that you've mentioned. Oxford want him too apparently, we'll see. Good luck to him, he came up a lot in the loan thread a while back and seemed like a decent bloke.

Tuerto will be pleased to know that Fagan-Walcott has been nominated for the National League's Young Player of the Season award, which gets announced at the weekend, even though he turned 24 in March.

I have no idea but these days there are all sorts of 'add ons' which can distort the value of the fee

York have paid 350k for one of their strikers. I wouldn't be surprised if we got a very good fee for Fagan-Walcott
