He got booed a few times by the Cardiff fans according to the commentary on Radio Wales

I was there yesterday and Harris had no abuse and as others have said he was even asked to do the ayatollah. My reading of it was him trying to get Oxford fans on side, get some headlines and try make people forget that is his first goal in 18 games. Found it a bit strange

Kieffer Moore last week fully justified with the abuse he receives

Yet clearly one of our better players, says a lot for the squad.

          From BBC Sport
Having opened the scoring, Harris cupped his hand to his ear in the direction of the travelling Cardiff fans - but he said the celebration was in good spirits.
"I've had a bit of banter from them," added Harris.
"I gave a little bit back but it's just football, that's the way it goes."

I thought the Irish Messi would have got us a playoff spot last season? :sherlock:

Collins was with us when Harris was here. I don't have an issue with a player liking something a former team-mate of his has done.

You don’t think it’s a bit odd when it’s against his current club?

not if they've remained friends since, he's just 'liking' a post where one of his friends is celebrating breaking an 18 game goal drought..

                  that's what friends do.

                    Perhaps

Or perhaps he’s just being a gutless **** because he’s not playing.

.against his current club, whose supporters have just witnessed another load of dross, and the club who pays his wages. ?

                        Exactly.

They may well be friends, however, Collins should have thought it through a bit more.

He could have rang him, messaged him but instead done something publicly.

Maybe he made a mistake but given the circumstances there could be a high likelihood of this being intentional
