I’d employ the best CEO with experience of running a successful football club with the brief that Promotion within 3 years is the number one goal.
Second priority would be to have a successful DOF, who defined a football strategy and style that was played through out the club from first team right down to youth level
Next would be the appointment made by the two above of a manager to fit that style of football.
Alternatively you could just go with a couple of part time board members who rarely attend games, have no structure of player recruitment and end up with lots of of players who don’t fit the latest management, and in terms of coaches why not let one of the programme sellers have a go, it’s not like you need experience in that role🤔

You say this like he is choosing to bankroll a promotion bid despite getting unnecessary stick.Originally posted by Taunton Blue Genie View PostAfter the possibility of us being in the Premier League and the associated kudos evaporated I have never quite understood why Tan is still throwing money at us.
There's obviously a reason but I have no idea what it might be.
He isn't throwing money at us, he's having to foot the bill for the negligence that comes about via his own self inflated ego. Two very different things.
I wonder if people view the Sala case differently now people are finally waking up to Tan, absolute disgrace that this is still going on and I hope we don't get a penny

I think you have got carried away with what you thought I wrote as opposed to what I actually wrote.
Baffling.

Yeah it would be fantastic if we received absolutely nothing and did an Oldham into non league. Utterly baffled by some people's idiotic opinionsOriginally posted by TheBirchgrovePub View PostYou say this like he is choosing to bankroll a promotion bid despite getting unnecessary stick.

We won’t, who can we get any from? You think Nantes have £70 million in the bank? It just goes to show how deluded he isOriginally posted by TheBirchgrovePub View PostYou say this like he is choosing to bankroll a promotion bid despite getting unnecessary stick.

Probably earn an average wage like the rest of the people on here.
WTF do you know about running a multi-million £ business.
Most of the helmets on here couldn't run a bath.
