I don't think a financial advisor will advise you as to which of those 2 deals is best for you. They're not there to give their thoughts on what the rates will be in 5+ years time.
If, like me, you prefer the certainty and stability of knowing what your payments will be each month,then go for the longer deal. If you're happy to take a chance on rates being possibly lower in 5 years time, then take the shorter deal.
