  • What a day! So uplifting.

Entering the ground, a win would be fantastic, a draw acceptable.
Second half, one …two…three goals. The crowd was ecstatic, the atmosphere was terrific.
The final whistle. Party time! The players are enjoying themselves having delivered not only the win but an excellent performance against the enemy. The crowd are lapping it up.
This was the best demonstration of joy amongst players and fans since winning promotion.
    It felt really good.

Away to Millwall, home to Derby.

Now every reason to be more confident for the players and fans.

Millwall are always a tough nut to crack at the Den.

Derby will also be tough given that a few ex-city players return and they need to stop the rot.

Prior to the Watford & Swansea games I would have been satisfied with 4 points.

Same for the next two matches; would be good to keep the unbeaten run going.

      I enjoyed today.
I wonder if any of the extra 10,000 who were there will be back for the next home match. You never know, a good crowd and atmosphere might just lift the players.

Especially enjoyable with loyal City fans like you and your family Phil travelling from Surrey for home games

Just reading comments from Luke Williams saying "it's an atmosphere they haven't played in before and some of them couldn't cope...". I think he's right on that score. All that's best in following your club, even in these often grim last 5 seasons...

All of a sudden I feel optimistic about escaping relegation. We seem to have options in position with Rino and Ng at right back, Bagan doing great coming on, Chambers & Ralls looking impressive, Ashford nailed on starter and a new centre forward.

And me, he’s a big lad, and he threw himself right in. Was right in the mix with that ruckus after the game.

There’s a pic on his insta, he got thighs like Roberto Carlos. I think he’s gonna be a handful for defenders.

I can't believe he said that about his own players. They won't be happy with that. Neither will the fans. He basically said the atmosphere down west doesn't match ours. He's right obviously. And everyone knows that. But they won't like it anyway.

He didn't hold back on his own players. He accused them of wanting to fight after the game was finished, but showed no fight during the game itself.

Probably more the hostility towards them. I'm not sure it was that bad mind.

Not sure how much part the atmosphere played but they are really lightweight. Chambers and Ralls bullied Allen(wtf is Bellamy thinking recalling him) and Franco.

Probably the most dominant central midfield performance I've seen against them.

Ronald and Eom both gutless weak performances.

Darling and Cabango simply crap. Laughable full backs particularly Tymon who must have nightmares about Ollie Tanner.

Yeah talk about lighting the torch paper, did he mention their poor away support just to rub it in a bit more…..:hehe:

We need the crowd behind the team

                              Use this as a springboard
