Usually blow and throw.

If home alone and heavily congested I sometimes stick two bits of the tissue into nostrils and leave to set. Seems to absorb the snot whilst allowing me to move around unhindered by constant sneezing and/or nose running.

what are my learned colleagues opinions of the shower hand blow manoeuvre?

(i.e. blowing your nose directly into your hand whilst in the shower, then washing it off your hand?)

I usually get home from a constitutional with streaks down me coat.
We are staying in Cardigan soon and I'm going to Library of Wales, Aberystwyth to photo your relies many reports etc. I smell a book coming on....

That's pretty good - the clue is, I was Cyclops even then :sherlock:
My kids didn't recognise me. Can't think why.
