As soon as I saw Liverpool's side I knew Plymouth would win.

Their two new defenders looked pretty decent. The new manager has definitely turned a corner, Based on their home support I think they and Portsmouth will both avoid the drop this season.

Not sure about their support but I’ve watched their last two matches and Katic & Maxi are massive signings for them, I also think they’ll stay up.

Huge shock up in Scotland as well. The Queens Park keeper saves a last minute penalty to give them a 1-0 win over Rangers at Ibrox.

Villa score in the first minute against Spurs - dodgy keeper.

Did Rangers play a weakened side? I looked up the result and apparently, Queens Park had 61% possession!

                  64% Rangers
                  36% QP

If they both stay up, we're in deep trouble. It's 3 from 6, and Plymouth are 4 points plus a dreadful GD. They're really up against it, they're 15 goals behind the next worst GD!

I thought their first 11 should have enough to win but I looked at the bench and was surprised at how few press the red button options he had on there

A scouser went to a travel agent for a cheap holiday to the south coast.
                        The receptionist said,
''Well, you can't beat Plymouth this time of the year!''

As excellent a result as this was for Plymouth, I believe us beating Leeds when they were top of the PL and we were in the third tier surpassed it. For a start we played Leeds first team. Sadly all this was overlooked because of the incidents that took place after the game finished.

I'm still pleased as Punch for Plymouth. I only wish I could have discussed their victory with my friend Dave, who sadly passed on 3 years ago. He would have been thrilled with the way his team performed.
