Jessica Walter. I thought she was brilliant in Play Misty For Me, but she spent most of her career in TV instead of film after that.

There was a character in an episode of Matt Berry's brilliant Squeamish About... series called Roberta Flack Sabbath.

Jessica Walter. I thought she was brilliant in Play Misty For Me, but she spent most of her career in TV instead of film after that.

Great actress, her character in Arrested Development is one of the all time top sitcom characters in my opinion

Probably my favourite female singing voice of all time. I defy anyone hearing The First Time not to be touched by her achingly beautiful voice.
