I reckon that with new personnel in a few key positions we'll soon be fighting our way back up to the Championship. All we really need is a new:
* Owner
* CEO
* Director of Football
* Head of Recruitment
* Manager
* Assistant manager
* 2 or 3 assistant coaches
* About a dozen new players

If that can all be sorted before the start of next season we'll be fine!
