Thought the site was down the other day, so contacted the Boss through Twitter to find there were no issues.

Discovered tonight it’s my WiFi at home (haven’t tried connected away from home, but as I’ve got the same issue on Laptop, Phone & Tablet, it would seem it’s my WiFi that’s the issue). When I connect via mobile data it’s fine.

Haven’t changed my WiFi and I wouldn’t know how to change the router settings, so what’s caused this sudden change - any ideas?

I had the same problem and followed Mike's suggestion, of switching the router off, leaving it for two minutes, and starting it up again. This cured the problem for me.

I had it a couple of times, I think Virgin WIFI has been playing up a bit recently in Cardiff?

That's interesting. With Virgin also. For a while both computer and laptop have been slow when opening up a webpage. Checked internet speed and it's been fine.

I had it a couple of times, I think Virgin WIFI has been playing up a bit recently in Cardiff?

If you live where I think you live there have been VM problems in the Coryton/Whitchurch area for a couple of months - including one day when the downtime was more than nine hours.

There's been a lot of digging under the pavement in the area and also open boxes. Whether this has affected the service, I don't know. Chase them for compensation using the complaint system if its caused you hassle.
