            Every club he’s been at he’s complained that the club and supporters need to ‘trust in the process’.

            Jacks didn’t struggle to keep him.

            He took part in some ill advised activities during the derby game at CCS. So much so that the club complained to the EFL

            Southampton found out that playing the type of football he was referring to requires players with a better skill set than L1 and Championship wannabees and premiership relagatees when playing against some of the best ball poachers in the world isn’t going to work no matter how hard you try.

            Does he change his approach? No he keeps advising to trust in the process.

            Starting to sound like a perfect fit.
