They then tell the squad they have 7 games to save themselves from relegation.
They can decide as a group, who starts each game, who comes on as subs, and they can play whatever system or formation they want. A healthy bonus pot is waiting to be shared if they stay up.
How do you think that would go?

VT tried to introduce a bonus pot, IIRC in the FA cup final season, but found that it was against EFL rules.

Interesting idea. I think if Theres a real stand out and influential captain who can step up then it's probably viable at least in the short term

It was obviously a joke by the op but I think I'd rather Ralls and Ramsey jointly take the dressing room for the rest of the season.

Yeah that's what I mean. If it's agreed between the squad you can see how it could work in the short term.

Would be like Orwell's animal farm, but the animals did run the farm quite well for a short while and we only need to get to the end of the season

Why Ramsey? He doesn't strike me as a leader or much of an inspiration, but I could be wrong
