  • Urgency

I've not seen the match at the weekend and only listened to the first 45 so it may have improved second half but one thing that has bugged me for most of the season and certainly now that we run out of matches is the lack of urgency.

Seems to take an age for us to do most things.

I've often felt, even as poor as we have been that at some point we will pick up a little and have enough to stay up. I worry that the club in general feel similar and are waiting for something to happen, something to click.

We are now in a position where we need to make up ground on others whilst those below us also seem to be eating away at any gap we had there and yet sometimes our matches have a pre season feel to them.

Silence from those at the top also, all just very odd.

    Re: Urgency

I'd agree - everything about us is too slow, and too predictable. It doesn't take the opposition long to suss us out, because everything is telegraphed well in advance. And no sense of urgency. Relegation is staring us right in the face, but some players are already making their summer plans. Poor management, poor coaching.
