The Other Version ... ' We're by far the greatest team in football' ... 10 syllables

'By far,' are the 2 extra syllables.

I always thought it was a strange song to sing in the first place. I mean, we're clearly not the greatest team the world has ever seen. It was even more weird hearing that when we were flirting with the bottom of div 4.

Actually, I find the whole singing thing weird, but I realise a match would be equally weird without it.

For the record, I've never sang at a football match in my life.
