Totally agree.

My concern is that EJ is shot, he beat an 'old' Liam Smith and he's obviously slower now, never the greatest technical boxer, but very busy, high output and a decent jab. He looked so drained at the weight yesterday, 160 is very difficult for him at 35.

I think he is shot. His chin was solid. However his legs were gone against Liam Smith who isn't a big puncher.

My hope is he's still good enough to beat Benn.

Well that was better than I expected.
Both fighters giving their all till the final bell. Can’t ask for more than that. Correct result by all 3 judges in my humble opinion.

he's a very unlikeable kid (Benn) but that was a great performance against a bigger (but slightly drained looking) Eubank Jr, a lot closer than I expected..
