Mepham centre back with Davies left back I'd assume

Be surprised if Koumas came in, I think wether we start Moore depends on the fusiness of the referee. With any luck Dan James is ok by Monday

I thought Dasilva had a good game when he came on. BTW, I forgot all about Dan James and he could play on the left if he's fit enough.

I’d leave Ampadu out, he was off the pace last night.

Seems to me like a changing of the guard with our fan base, late coming in for athem and never seen so many go 10mins early.Singing and atmosphere during game not what it used to be.
Been slowly changing for a while now.

Typical Wales win over whipping boys takes them top of their group.

The booing of the Liechtenstein national anthem wreaked of ignorance, disrespect and was just waankerish in behaviour.

The 'Red Wall' *tm has always had its fair amount of absolute beauts haven't it?

I didn't notice any more than usual coming in late, but I certainly saw a lot leaving early and thought the atmosphere was a bit flat.

I'm wondering whether flatter atmospheres are related to long covid. It's noticeable, not just last night, but also for City matches (maybe not unsuprising) and also at Devils matches. Fans tend to natter amongst themselves more, I find. That said, "We're on our way to Califonia" (to the tune of Amarillo) did gain some traction and raised a smile. Not heard it before. New last night?

Observations - will the atmosphere for such a game really rival a perceived more important one?

The booing I’m sure was ignorance. They probably thought it was England, God knows why but that’s the canton for you.

If you catch public transport at night there’s sometimes no alternative to leaving early.

There were a lot more leaving early than there usually is. I think it was more to do with the game petering out than to do with public transport,.
