It’s the right outcome, if he wouldn’t resign.
They’ve been very poor. They were fortunate to play an even worse side in the final. It wasn’t some sort of tactical genius, it was just that they scraped through a sub par tournament and beat a rubbish team in the final.
It’s a bit odd how the Man United manager hasn’t gone too.

Lost 22 league games out of 38….thats not good enough, another year they might well have gone down it was just a piss poor bottom three this season.

Yeah, the Europa League win playing against really average and poor teams all the way through can’t hide an abject league campaign and that is the true measure of a team’s performance and evolution.

He did really, the Europa just papered over it. They will probably go for Frank, I bet he’s gone by Christmas too…..

Spurs seem like United: plenty of resources but something is fundamentally not right which successive managers have been unable to fix.

IIRC he was stuck with having to play the first half of the season with inexperienced defenders especially CBs because of various injuries. And it doesn’t take a genius to see how the opposition exploited that.
Personally I think he’s a good manager. He’s usually spoken openly about the problems the club has faced on the playing field but it’s a results driven game and that Levi bloke is a real piece of work.
